1. Due Diligence

  1. Check out the integrity of our company

Due diligence is a term used for a number of concepts involving either the performance of an investigation of a business or person, or the performance of an act with a certain standard of care.

Reviewing a company and its track record is very important before starting a relationship. The toughest part of a making a strong business decision, on the benefits of something completely new to you, will be the intangibility of learning. In a business that involves teaching and training the success is based on both the student and the teacher. The teacher must be able to deliver content in a way in which the student can interpret, but the student must apply the knowledge, with continuous guidance until a result is achieved.

I am not a guru, but a real estate investor that’s sharing my research. You know my real name, and my experience has been outlined throughout this site. I currently invest throughout the United States and I have certain areas of preference just like any other real estate investor. This business is one of great risk and great reward. The process of time and money involved in each transaction remains the same. Everyone is different in background, assertiveness, confidence, knowledge, etc. All I will do is bridge the gap between you and opportunities in real estate you may not notice unless trained.

No one is a stranger to the buy and hold method. You are speculating, hoping the market will appreciate. You don’t need books or materials for that. What if it doesn’t?

I try to approach real estate scientifically and logically. I refuse to advise people to rely on blind faith.John T. Reed
